Maple Syrup Process & Pancake Lunch: ($60 Total)

Learn the mysteries behind this sweet craft! Learn how the sap is collected from trees on our farm, including the steps necessary to process the sap down to 100% pure Ohio maple syrup. You will also get to take home a sample of our sweet syrup and of course there should be some available to purchase if desired.  After you've been educated, then join us for a sausage, egg, and pancake lunch (including the obligatory BKFF Maple Syrup, and samples of baked goods made with the syrup, such as maple cream scones, and maple-pecan shortbread) with an opportunity to learn more about other things we do on the farm or simply just to enjoy making new friends and getting to know your farmers!  Hope to see you out on the farm!  The fee for this class is $60 total per person, but this non-refundable deposit of $25 will hold your place.  Please bring the remainder when you come to the class.  Cash, card, Venmo, or PayPal can all be accepted.   Instructor: Rick Bale
